Q. From where and when do outstation runners collect their running numbers?
Outstation runners can also collect the running number BIB and timing chip (in case of Half Marathon/Inter-Collegiate Sporting Challenge race category) from the BIB distribution counter at our Event venue in Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium, Gate No. 14, Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium Marg, near JLNS Metro Station, New Delhi - 110003 on Saturday, 29th September 2012, between 11 a.m. and 5 p.m.
Q. Can we collect running number bibs and timing chips on race day?
No. No running number bib or timing chip or runner's kit will be distributed on race day.
Q. Can I send my representative to collect my running number bib on my behalf? If yes, what does he/she need to carry with him/her?

Yes, your representative may come collect your running number bib on your behalf from
the Expo. Your representative will be required to produce the following documents to our
registration team -
- A printed copy of the email confirmation/ website confirmation/ original acceptance letter,
- A photocopy of photographic identity proof of the registered participant's identity; eg: driving license, school/college identity card, passport, PAN card election card, etc. This should be same identity proof, a photocopy of which you have submitted to us along with your application.
- An authority letter signed by the registered participant allowing the representative to collect the running number bib, and
- A photocopy of photographic proof of identity of the person visiting the Expo on behalf of the registered participant; eg: driving license, school/college identity card, passport, PAN card, election card etc.
Important: Where a half marathon runner cannot come to the Expo due to unavoidable circumstances, a representative can collect on behalf of the runner. However, in case of the half marathon race category, a representative can collect the running number bib and chip of ONLY one runner.
Q. As a participant of the Great Delhi Run, Senior Citizens' Run or Wheelchair Event, what do I need to ensure to collect from Expo?

Before leaving the Expo, please ensure that you have collected the correct running number. The
race category has been clearly written behind each bib. Also ensure to collect -
- Event information sheet (which gives you race day information, do's and don'ts, etc.),
- Runner's Kit (which needs to be collected from the Runner's Kit Collection counter at the exit of the Expo).
