Please also go through Entry Rules and Regulations before submitting your application for the Event.

• You may use a photocopy of the physical or the downloaded form, to submit your application.
• Only one applicant can apply for the Event using a single form. Also, do not send in more than one entry per person; multiple applications will entail all being rejected.
• Before sending in your application, please check the following -
  
  • Filled in details against all mandatory fields prefixed with '*' in the application form,
  • Attached documents as may be required to confirm your entry based on the confirmation criteria (applicable for marathon and half marathon race categories),
  • Affixed your recent colour passport sized photograph, with your face clearly visible in it,
  • Attached a photocopy of your Govt. issued Photo ID proof, i.e. either Passport, Driving license, Election Card, Pan Card or Aadhaar card. Applicants below the age of 18 years applying for the Dream Run/ Champions with Disability, can attach a photocopy of their school/college identity card,
  • Enclosed the requisite application fees
  • Signed the 'waiver' in the form;
  • If applying for the Dream Run or Champions with Disability, and where the applicant is below 18 years of age, the guardian too has signed the 'waiver' and written his/her relation with the applicant.
• Individual applications: One representative can submit application forms for maximum 10 individual runners for any race category.
• Marathon and Half Marathon applications:
  
  • Applications with timing certificate will only be accepted in Marathon and Half Marathon race categories, except limited running places available in Women's Quota and Charity Running places. Please read Confirmation Preference Criteria.
  • Please note no group registrations are possible in Marathon and Half Marathon race categories.
• On entry confirmation, marathon and half marathon runners will be further classified into age categories for prize money. For details on awards and accolades, click here
• It is recommended that Champions with Disability participants be accompanied by an attendant on race day. The attendant is required to fill in a separate form and submit the same along with the form of the Champions with Disability participant, marking the said form as "Attendant of _______ (name of Champions with Disability participant)". No entry fee will be charged for the attendant.
  * Champions with Disability : From this edition, we are opening participation in the Champions with Disability also for individuals with the following disabilities: physical/locomotor disability, intellectual impairment, visual impairment, hearing impairment and orthopaedic or neurological disorder.
• Entry confirmations: Post close of registrations, email confirmations will be sent to all the confirmed participants who have given their valid email id in the application form.
• Acceptance Letters: Physical acceptance letters and event information will be posted ONLY to those applicants who have not given their email address in the application form.   • Applicants of Marathon and Half Marathon race categories can check status of their application online post 20th August 2012.
  • Applicants of Dream Run race category can check status of their application online post 1st September 2012.
  • Applicants of Sr. Citizens Run and Champions with Disability categories can check status of their application online post 26th September 2012.
• Confirmation of applications received will be subject to Entry Rules & Guidelines given herein. Confirmation of marathon and half marathon applications will also be subject to the Confirmation Criteria
• Unsuccessful applicants can approach participating NGO's for available Charity running numbers. Such charity running spaces will be available at a premium, the proceeds going for the benefit of the chosen NGO.
