This is a special category meant for those highly motivated individuals who feel passionately about a cause and commit to raise a substantial sum of funds towards their charity.
DREAM CHAMPION
This category is for individuals to commit to raise a minimum of INR 10 lacs for his/her chosen cause/charity.
To sign up as a Dream Champion' the individual has to make an upfront' non-refundable contribution of INR 50'000. This contribution will be considered as part of the minimum INR 10 lacs to be raised by him/her.
United Way of Mumbai will retain 2% of total funds raised offline as its administration costs and transfer the balance amount to the respective NGO. No amount will be retained from funds raised online' by creating one's own online giving page on www.unitedwaymumbai.org. 100% of the funds raised online will be transferred to the respective NGO by United Way of Mumbai
Important: to avail of the benefits available to a Dream Champion' he/she must have raised the minimum requirement of INR 10 lacs on or before 8th January 2013.
DREAM WIZARD
This category is for individuals to commit to raise a minimum of INR 5 lacs in pledges for his/her chosen cause.
To sign up as a Dream Champion' the individual has to make an upfront' non-refundable contribution of INR 25'000. This contribution will be considered as part of the minimum INR 5 lacs to be raised by him/her.
United Way of Mumbai will retain 2% of total funds raised offline as its administration costs and transfer the balance amount to the respective NGO. No amount will be retained from funds raised online' by creating one's own online giving page on www.unitedwaymumbai.org. 100% of the funds raised online will be transferred to the respective NGO by United Way of Mumbai.
Important: to avail of the benefits available to a Dream Wizard' he/she must have raised the minimum requirement of INR 5 lacs on or before 8th September 2013.
DREAM MAKER
This category is for individuals to commit to raise a minimum of INR 1 lac and uptoINR5lacs for his/her chosen cause.
To sign up as a Dream Maker' the individual has to make an upfront' non-refundable contribution of INR 10'000. This contribution will be considered as part of the minimum INR 1 lac to be raised by him/her.
If a Dream Maker crosses the mark of Rs INR lacs in fund raising before 8th January 2013' he/she will automatically be entitled to all privileges of a Dream Wizard.
United Way of Mumbai will retain 2% of total funds raised offline as its administration costs and transfer the balance amount to the respective NGO. No amount will be retained from funds raised online' by creating one's own online giving page on www.unitedwaymumbai.org. 100% of the funds raised online will be transferred to the respective NGO by United Way of Mumbai.
