• Only one applicant can apply for the Event using a single form. Also, do not send in more than one entry per person; multiple applications will entail all being rejected.
• Applicants must submit their entries only via the Application Modes mentioned in this website. No individual/group has been authorised to collect entries on behalf of the Event.
• Information against all mandatory fields prefixed with ''*' on the entry form must be filled. Incomplete entries will be rejected.
• An applicant must affix his/her latest coloured photograph on the application form (or attach a jpeg if registering online). The applicant's face must be clearly visible in the photograph.
• An entry form must be accompanied with the requisite fee. A form received without the correct fee or no fee will be rejected.
• For entry acceptance, the entry form 'Waiver' must be signed. If the applicant is below the age of 18 years, his/her guardian must also sign the waiver and write his/her relation with the applicant on the form.
• Group Entries: Group entries will be accepted ONLY for the Dream Run, Senior Citizens' run and Wheelchair Event categories. NO GROUP ENTRIES will be accepted for the Marathon and Half Marathon race categories; applicants of these race categories need to apply and will be treated as individual entries.
• Physical acceptance letters and event information will be posted ONLY to those applicants who have not given their email address in the application form.
• Entries not accepted: Participation in the event is subject to entry confirmation. Where your entry is not confirmed for any reason, the application fees paid by you will be refunded on or before 31st December 2012. An amount of Rs 50 will be deducted as processing charges.
• Refunds: Any refund discrepancies must be brought to the attention of the Event Registration Team immediately. Refund queries will not be entertained post 31st January 2013.
• Entry Cancellation: Requests for cancellation and thereby, refund will not be entertained.
• Confirmed participant' identity and proof of residence may be verified by a verification agency hired for validating the details provided by you in the form.
• Running Bib Collection at the Expo:
  • All confirmed participants/their authorised representatives are required to come to the Expo at MMRDA grounds, Bandra Kurla Complex, Bandra (E), Mumbai scheduled from Friday, 11th January 2013 to Sunday, 13th January 2013 in order to collect their running number bibs and timing chips. No running number, timing chip will be posted to individual mailing addresses.
  • Outstation and overseas participants can collect their running number and timing chip from the Expo centre, World Trade Centre, Cuffe Parade, Mumbai- 400005 on Saturday, 19th January 2013.
  • It is mandatory for a Marathon and Half Marathon participant to collect his/her running number & timing chip personally from the Expo. In case of unavoidable circumstances, such runner can send his/her representative to collect running number bib and timing chip on his/her behalf. Please note, a representative will not be allowed to collect running number bib and chip on behalf of more than ONE Marathon or ONE Half Marathon participant.
  • Authorised representative must carry with him/her -
    • Printout of the email confirmation sent by us / printout of website confirmation/ original acceptance letter,
    • Signed authority letter from confirmed participant,
    • Photocopy of photo-identity proof (of the representative and the confirmed participant), eg. either Passport, PAN card, Election card, Driving license or Aadhaar card.
• All Marathon and Half Marathon participant's race day images will be screened visually after the race and if any of the participant is found not wearing the running number bib allotted to him/her, the participant registered for that BIB will be disqualified from the race and the subsequent edition of the event in 2014.
• The right to participate in the event and the rights and benefits available to the applicant under this application form is at the sole discretion of Procam International Ltd. and cannot be transferred to any other person under any circumstances, and the applicant alone shall be entitled to the rights and benefits arising hereunder.
